We deliver high quality personalised supported living services, supporting individual`s journey towards greater choice, control, and independence.

We provide high quality, safe, efficient, and personalised support and care for people assessed by the Local Authority or CCG as being eligible for health and social care for people aged over 16

Individually tailored support

Everything we do at Rapid Improvement Supported Living Services is guided by the people who use our services, so the support we offer through ‘Supporting You’ is completely dependent on the needs of each individual.

Our enthusiastic and highly trained staff team will ensure right from the beginning that you will know what we will do to support the person, which can include helping with setting up a home and gaining a tenancy. In order to achieve the best possible outcomes, we also work in close partnership with health and social care professionals, housing, education and vocational training providers and employers
