Job Summary Community Psychiatric Nurse

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Forensic team. You will be based within a multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team and will hold an allocated caseload of service users with mental illness, forensic histories with complex social care needs.

Your primary role will be to undertake CPA Care Co-ordination and providing ongoing risk /assessment, planning, co-ordination and evaluation of care. You will have expertise in crisis and risk management, together with good communication skills.

Qualifications: 

  • RMN/RNLD (with a current pin number)
  • Accredited Training / Courses
  • Other relevant qualifications
