Our team is always up to date on the latest health and safety issues.

Rapid Improvement Ltd runs a rigorous recruitment procedures to ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills, experience and compliance.

Our staff are trained to the highest standards and DBS checks are compulsory for all the team members in the organisation.

Rapid Improvement is an accredited training organisation delivering Apprenticeships in the Health and Social Care, Childcare, Customer Service, Retail Skills and Functional Skills.

Rapid Improvement comprises of a National Office and various training centres all over London and is managed by Isaac Dweben, the Executive Director. The organization was founded in February, 2007.

Across all of our locations, we offer a range of training and development opportunities for people of all ages, in a variety of occupational areas.

Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training services and seek continuous quality improvement.

Seek and act upon feedback from our customers to improve the quality of our training services.

We offer a highly flexible and supportive service with a lot of personal contact, which is tailored to meet the individual learners. In order to assist us in achieving this, we ask commitment and support from employers/ placement providers working in partnership with us. We will both sign an Employer placement Agreement which details the expectations of both parties.

We aims to achieve excellence in providing care services that match or even surpass our clients’ expectations.
